A former Aerospace Engineer turned handyman, Huy’s specialty is cabinets and furniture. His woodworking journey began in 2001 when he worked on a construction crew specializing in framing and roofing. He eventually bought a fixer-upper and fell in love with the DIY mentality when he taught himself plumbing, electrical and fine woodworking. Being an electrical and aerospace engineer, Huy’s woodworking style is more technical than anything. Design and artistry are his weaknesses, but he recently has made a point to polish those skills, so he one day can call himself a jack of all trades.
