A decorated WWII pilot, Captain Michael Quinn is hand-selected by Generals Harding and Valentine to run Project Blue Book. Driven as much by impulse as instinct, Quinn carries dark secrets from his military past that he covers with a quick wit and charismatic charm. Though he clashes often with Hynek, Quinn finds that his own sense of refined brawn and street smarts are a significant asset to Project Blue Book.
